Waar gaat Penniless Ali over?
The film tells the story of what happens to Çulsuz Ali, who takes the place of Beyefendi, who looks very much like him. Beyefendi has a very large debt at the casino. The gentleman, wearing Çulsuz Ali's clothes, dies in a traffic accident. Çulsuz Ali will take the gentleman's place.
